Doodlefish Wholesale Policies

 

To open a wholesale account retail and Internet stores are asked to complete the Store Information form (see link to online forms below)  A copy of this form will be retained on file at Doodlefish, Inc.  All wholesale inquiries and submitted Store Information forms are subject to approval.

 

Upon receipt and verification of storefront tax identification information Doodlefish will send  wholesale pricing, order forms and retail sales materials.   Additionally, we will provide log-on information to our FTP site where product images and wholesale pricing can be downloaded.

 

Wholesale Account qualifications include:  Brick and mortar commercial storefronts, Licensed Interior Designers,  and fully operational web sites (websites are subject to approval).  Wholesale accounts will not be approved for home-based businesses, incomplete web sites or on-line auction sites.

 

Payment Options

Credit Card information or pre-payment arrangements must be on file or noted on orders prior to production.  Orders received without payment information will be placed on hold.

 

We accept Visa and MasterCard.  Cashiers Checks, Commercial Checks and Money Orders may be made payable to Doodlefish, Inc. Personal checks are not accepted.  Payment is due at time of shipment.  Custom orders, (including custom bedding and personalized artwork) require payment in full prior to production.

 

All returned checks will be charged a $25 returned check fee. All late payments will incur a 1% finance charge per month. 

 

Product Pricing

All retail stores are encouraged to price products according to the suggested retail price. Internet stores must price according to the suggested retail price with the exclusion of promotional sales. All online sales must approved by Doodlefish, Inc.

 

Exclusivity

Doodlefish does not offer exclusivity for territories or specific products. 

 

Internet Retailers

Internet Retailer accounts are subject to site review and market availability.  Internet retail sites must be fully-operational, incomplete sites will not be approved for a wholesale account.  Upon approval, Internet Retails are required to meet the opening order minimums for each line carried on the site.

 

Upon receiving the completed Store Information Form and wholesale account approval Doodlefish will send a User ID and Password for the Doodlefish FTP site where product images and wholesale pricing can be downloaded.

 

Product descriptions must be clearly labeled with the Doodlefish product/theme and Doodlefish

brand. Sale of Doodlefish products on EBAY or other online auction sites is strictly prohibited. Such acts will result in cancellation of all orders inclusive of pending orders. All items must be posted at Doodlefish Suggested Retail Pricing. Sales and promotions must be pre-approved by Doodlefish.

 

Doodlefish reserves the right to ask Internet Retailers to remove our products if we are not represented according to these policies and the standards of our organization.

 

ORDER SHIP TIMES:
Artwork orders ship in 1-2 weeks
Fabric orders ship in 1 Week
Bedding orders ship in 2-3 Weeks
Gliders & Chairs ship in 6-8 Weeks

 

Shipping

Doodlefish ships via UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS). UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes therefore a street address is required.  Express shipping is available upon request.  All domestic and international shipping fees and duties are the retailers responsibility. Artwork and bedding ship separately and incur separate shipping and handling charges.

 

Drop Shipping

Doodlefish will drop ship directly to customers for a one-time fee plus Shipping & Handling.  Artwork and bedding ship separately and incur separate drop ship, shipping and handling charges.

 

Order Cancellation

Doodlefish makes all products specially for each retailer.  Customers may cancel orders that are not in production. 

 

Returns

We guarantee the quality of our products. Doodlefish does not accept returns; however, we will gladly replace/repair any item that is defective within 5 days of delivery. Any used or washed items will not be replaced. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please inspect orders immediately upon receipt.

 

Privacy Policy

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. We DO NOT sell or exchange names or any other information about our customers with third parties.

 

We reserve the right to discontinue sales to a wholesale customer at any time for any reason.

These policies are subject to change at the discretion of the Doodlefish, Inc. at any time.
